Inside CPC Egypt’s Industrial Parks — A Model of Integrated Development
CPC Egypt has developed two major industrial parks in the country, each designed around a “,one‑stop‑shop” philosophy that provides all infrastructure and services investors need to operate efficiently.
CPC Industrial Park – 6th of October City
Established in 2007, this pioneering park introduced the modern concept of private industrial zones in Egypt. It spans 1.5 million square meters and offers a wide range of facilities including:
- Residential housing for workers
- Administrative offices
- Logistics and storage areas
- Cafeterias, restaurants, medical clinics, recreational spaces, and mosques
- 24/7 maintenance and security services
Nearly 96% of its industrial land has been sold, highlighting strong investor demand.
Sadat City Industrial Park
Launched in 2019, this second park covers 1.1 million square meters and is strategically located near the Cairo–Alexandria highway. It incorporates sustainable design principles and is optimized for SMEs, offering 110 ready industrial and storage units.
Together, CPC’s industrial parks support diverse sectors from construction materials to food processing and contribute to job creation, foreign investment attraction, and the expansion of Egypt’s industrial base.
