·        Demand on manufacturing SMEs is increasing 

Features

·         CPC will construct a well organized cluster of 62 ready to use SMEs

·         Located inside the service area

·         State of the art infrastructure

·         The SMEs will serve mainly the industries located inside the CPC Park

·         The SMEs will serve the industries in the 6^th of October city.

·         The number of factories located in 6^th of October city is around 2,000

·         Many factories  are considered large ones

·         The area of each unit of the SMEs is 480 m^2.  

·         The SMEs will be provided will all needed utilities

·         The SMEs will benefit from the Park services

·         The SMEs will attract variety of industries.

·         Priority will be given to the industries that can integrate better with existing industries

Building

 6 steel structure main building contains 56 units with different areas.

·          Two types of units will be available:

1-  An  area 480 m² (20m*24m) (W*L)

2-  An area 960 m² (20m*48m) (W*L)

·         A maneuvering zone will be located in front of each unit differentiated depends on each

        main building.

·           Availability to do a mezzanine inside the unit up to 75% of unit’s area.

·           General services ( fences, main security gates & fire fighting network with special water tank).

·           Ready to use units with all needed infrastructure ( water supply, sewage & electricity).
